It becoming difficult to upload an image…

The uploading goes up to 38% and stops 
I can’t upload a picture (.gif of 2kb) neither by Maxthon nor IE…
I have not changing any script or activeX configuration… What’s wrong?
I uploaded avatar for MacLover few minutes ago without any problem…
