Canon MP620 failure

Hi, I just started up my Canon MP620 to scan papers and unfortunately it turned up with message “unknown printer failure B200”.
How to manage this problem?
The printer suggests to take a look in the manual (which I don’t have).
Help/advice is welcome, thanks in advance.

Best regards, Herman (The Netherlands)

Amazing what a google search will find

Error B200 means the printhead voltage or temperature is not normal. The Printhead could be defective....

Hi there, thanks for the replies.
How to reset/solve this issue?
I wanna to scan.

I shall be looking forward to hearing from you again at your earlist convenience.

Best regards, Herman

Thanks Bob for replying.
I will oder a new printer/scanner.

It is usually the cheapest way.
I can recommend an Epson Stylus NX330. It’s served me well and even works on Windows 10.

Thank you Bob for the recommendation, I will take a look at it.

The new printer will mainly be used as scanner and must support Windows (8.1 and 10) and Chrome OS.
A Google Cloudprinter might do the job.
Which cloudprinter do you recommend?

I do look forward to replies, thanks in advance.

Best regards, Herman

I have Cloud Printing enabled in Chrome.

Hi Bob, I have ordered the low cost printer Canon Pixma MG5650.
The Brother laserprinter is enabled in Chrome.

Best regards, Herman

I personally stay away from Cannon. They have a bad habit of not updating their drivers.
I guess it forces you to purchase m or new printers.
My choice is Epson and they still support most of their old printers with new drivers.
