Cant access my subscription, need to cancel

Hi,

I did a free trial and can’t access my account. It says I am to be charged on October 15th for premium security, secureline vpn and antitrack but says ‘I need to sign in’. Odd that it would display this info if u hadn’t signed in. But unable to sign in/reset password, but when I go to my account it says I have no subscriptions. I go to chat to someone and it says I need an order number. Very confused and dont know what’s going on!! Any help would be greatly appreciated
