Hello,
I receive the following error when I enter my Cleanup Activation Key “the number of successful activations has reached the limit.” Even if I try and go to Activate, after I press “Use this license” nothing happens
I opened a ticket https://support.avast.com/support/tickets/397287 yesterday and it seems that today the ticket disappeared with me not receiving any email with any update.
Please can someone help me with this.

The activation key can only be used a limited amount of times.
Use the license file instead.
