Can't activate my license

Hello,

I receive the following error when I enter my Cleanup Activation Key “the number of successful activations has reached the limit.” Even if I try and go to Activate, after I press “Use this license” nothing happens :frowning:

I opened a ticket https://support.avast.com/support/tickets/397287 yesterday and it seems that today the ticket disappeared with me not receiving any email with any update.

Please can someone help me with this.

I reported it for you.

The activation key can only be used a limited amount of times.
Use the license file instead.
