Can't add @ntlworld.com email to Premium Email Guard

Hi,
Every time I try to add an @ntlworld.com email account to my Avast Premium Email Guard I get an error message that says ‘An unexpected hiccup prevented us from adding your email account’.
This has happened each time I have tried over the last few weeks.
The Avast website says that NTL World emails are supported. Can anyone help please?

Avast Premium Email Guard may not accept or work correctly with email addresses like @ntlworld.com for several reasons.

We must consider that AVAST has some limitations in Email Guard.
