can't be moved to chest

I was infected by Win32:Agent-MH [Trj],I try to delete it permanentlt with avast.
But it appears again .If i try to move it into the chest,it says ‘cannot process’ because the infected file is running by other programme. Now it infects my
C:\WINDOWS\System32\drivers\BDGuard.SYS
What should i do?

Are you using Windows XP?
Can you schedule a boot-time scanning?
Start avast! > Right click the skin > Schedule a boot-time scanning.
Select for scanning archives.
Boot.

Access denied means, generally, that the file is in use by another process (program) and cannot be repaired/cleaned/moved/handled by avast!

I also suggest you do a forum search for Win32:Agent as this has been covered on a number of occasions. These are for other variants but the principle and actions are likely to be similar.

Thank You.i tried boot time scan.I deleted the virus. However,it appears again so I tried boot time scan again but this time it can’t find any virus…what can i do now?

I assume you have done a forum search for Win32:Agent as I suggested and you have tried the options suggested in those ?

Or a google search for BDGuard.SYS.

I deleted the virus. However,it appears again
Where does it reappear, what file name and location ?
