Can't boot after Malware gen moved to chest in avast boot scan

Hi there hope you can help me guys…

I ran an Avast Boot Scan in windows 7 system…After some programs (games) infected by win32 trojan deleted it continues to scan…then it bumps into malware gen located in windows folder…some files cuiiz.exe, deerie.exe, keeubuk.exe, muoqen.exe and zpxn.exe…I pressed number 1 to delete it…there is a warning that some files with malware were located in windows temp files are you sure to continue…I pressed number 1-yes but after a few seconds it says that the malware gen moved to chest…after the boot scan finished it says that the infected virus files were 35. I didn’t copy the boot log. It says that it will restart but after a few minutes the PC will not boot…the CPU is running but black screen only…

please help me guys, this PC is not mine I just offered to boot scan with Avast since I trusted that anti-virus program and I’ve been using it for 4 years now and this is the first time that I encountered a problem like this…

thanks mucho…

have you tried stopping/starting by holding down the start button?

Angelville, can you boot windows in safe mode?

Follow "SPECIFIC INFECTIONS LOGS > If you cannot Boot the computer " instructions for running OTLPENet and FRST.
