Hello, my problem is the same as in this thread.
I have followed the steps suggested and if someone could generate the appropriate fixlist.txt file responding to the FRST.txt I’ve attached, I would be most grateful.

Thanks for the welcome, I won’t be staying though 
- just wanted to inform that I fixed my problem (by booting off an XP CD, and then typing chkdsk /R in the recovery console), so no one needs to bother with my problem.
