I decided to try out the free trial for avast cleanup, but I’ve repeatedly attempted to cancel auto renewal for avast cleanup premium only to be met with “We’re sorry, we couldn’t cancel your Auto-renewal subscription.”
As it stands, my bank account will be overdrafted if I’m charged for renewal, it’s very important that I cancel it.

there is sometimes problem on the web site which then communicates the wrong state, however it seems that you managed to cancel your subscription because I see that it was already cancelled on February 4th.
The trial period is still valid until February 16th so you can still enjoy our product until then.
