Can't cancel Auto renewal

I got 30 free days of avast secureline and when I wanted to cancel Auto renewal I found out that I typed the wrong billing adress. Now I can’t cancel auto renewal because it asks me to login into non existing email. I have the order ID.

You need to contact avast and asked them to change your information.

Do you know how long it takes them to answer? I hope it is less than 30 days because I do not want to be billed.

Current handling time for tickets is +/- 15 business days.
