Can't cancel free upgrade I don't want!

I did accept a 60 days free trial of a paid version but want to go back to the free version. I am sure I will forget to remove it in time and be charged.

But the button “Switch me back to Avast free” is not there as it should.

Thanks, I was able to disable the auto-renewal but can’t get back to the free version.

Well, I guess 60 days of no-ads isn’t bad if I don’t use the extra features in the software :wink:

I’m still curious about where the button to go back to the free software went!

I think it’s here, not sure though: Control Panel → Add/Remove programs → Avast

Yes, as far as I’m aware, when you elect to uninstall the program it offers the free program.

That said I thought there was an option within the trial program settings to go back to the free version.
