Can't cancel subscription.

If I try going through the digitalriver specific site, it refuses to recognize my email addy as valid when attempting to log into account management.

When I go through the avast support page, it refuses to recognize that all the info blocks are filled in so the submit button won’t go active.

I am at the beginning of a 30 day trial and I already want your product off my computer. I do not want to be billed for it next month.
