If I login there… at the top I have
APPS | SIGN IN | Clog wheel
But nothing to the right of the wheel?!
People say I need to use that but there’s nothing showing… even though I AM logged in :-\
There is also your name.
Click on it and choose “manage emails”
Add the one you want and after that you can delete the current one.
My name isn’t there. I’ve tried in IE and Firefox. Same thing. Even disabled popup blocker.
Strange?!
If you were logged in then it shouldn’t be showing “sign in” on top… it would be apps, cog wheel, email address.
Clear your cookies and cache
Have you tried viewing the my.avast.com home page in full screen, in case your screen/size, resolution isn’t enough.
Is there anything to the right of the wheel, even a blank space ?
There should be a blank portrait icon and to the right of that your email address, anything ?
If there is a blank space try clicking that.
