Can't change my password

I forgot my password so clicked on ‘can’t access your account’ and requested a password reset. Got the password reset e-mail, clicked on the link provided, put in a new password twice, get into my account ok.

BUT, when I try to change my password an error message says my new password is invalid. Also, if I log out and try to come back in again, my new password doesn’t work, and I have to go through the whole procedure again, putting the same new password in, I am then allowed through to my account - and am allowed to write this message on the Forum.

I have now been round this loop 7 times and it is getting tedious. Anyone have any useful suggestions?

As has been explained by avast in a other thread, there are currently some problems with it.
It can take 48 hours before the new password is effective.

Please (re)search before posting.
