Today loged in and only have acount setings, nothing to change avatar or signature.
What hapened ???
That is a restriction on new forum members until they have 20 posts, they also can’t use the PM function.
This is because of people who sign-up just to spam the forums (signature spamming) and abuse the PM function by sending spam by PM to members. Unfortunately this restriction hurts genuine members also.

Does the new user can set them but can’t change them? Is it ok?
thats not it, im long registered here and those rules were aplyed more recently after i set a sig/ava here XD
The new user Tech refers to is your forum classification Newbie (someone that is new), that changes on 20 posts to Jr (Junior) Member.
I can’t recall how long ago this restriction was applied, but it seems that when you first register you have limited access to the Profile during that session. After that you are restricted. Just reply to a few more posts and you will be there sooner than you know ;D
