Cant connect to Avast! account from Android

Hello, I just re-installed Avast mobile security (Android) and upgraded it to Avast security pro. Now I cant connect my avast account, every time I try it just says theres a problem and I need to contact support. I have verified my login details by trying them at website and they are ok. Whats wrong with the login through the app?

Hi, have you tried to reinstall the app after the upgrade? It usually helps.
