Try a other server.
Thanks Eddy for the reply.
But is not a problem with the server. I can connect without any problem to any server, the problem is when I try to access to any website. The website don’t load and I just recived a response “ERR_TIMED_OUT” from my web browser.
I already try reset Avast, reinstall Avast.
I just try with SecureLine for iOS, same problem ???
Hmm, that looks like there is (again) a problem with the vpn servers from avast
I would say try it again in a few hours.
Again? Mmmm not good for a paid service… but is ok… Just trying… I’ll check in a few hours to see whats up…
Don’t look at me.
I have nothing to do with it and my Gremlin is at home too ;D
But yes, it would not surprise me if they have a problem with it again.
Hello JC,
Were you able to connect ever? Would be glad to hear back from you on this case.
Best regards,
Davidek
i just signed up and never been able to connect. Very upsetting to have paid for a product that’s not functional.
Have you tried ALL the Server Locations offered in the Server Menu?
Hello Steve,
Could you please open a support ticket and attach your log file? Your log file can be found by going to C:, Program Data, Avast Software, Avast, Log. In the log folder you will see a secureline.txt file. That is the one we need.
The program data folder can be hidden, so to access it you’ll need to go to Windows Explorer, then View and make sure “hidden items” is checked
Apologies for this situation
Best regards,
Davidek
I have this exact same problem! Did you manage to get it fixed?
Did you send the logs Davidek suggested in the post above yours??

Couple of day before I purchased the license for SecureLine. I am too disappointed, connection to vpn server … no issue. but with secureline active, unable to access internet. I have window 10 pro 64 bit and have also log ticket with support. Let see if this can be resolved else I would ask for refund.
If you are connected to a vpn server, you are connected to the internet.
hello good day! had you already tried to disable avast along with secureline vpn? then try to browse website? just to make sure that the problem is with avast end.
had you as well tried to connect using another server? if you are using windows OS you could as well try to trace route and ping your ip (public ip, your own ip and your ISP ip ) .
it seem more than one person have the same issue, this issue is from Avast
when you use the service too much the lock your ip.
it going to look like you ISP but it is from Avast
they lock the port you are using from the server.
it is not the isp.
avast isn’t blocking IP’s or ports from users that use the VPN.
