can't delete avast! sandbox folder

When I uninstalled avast! internet security using aswclear, I saw two folders of avast! sandbox ,one in c:\ drive and another in E:\ drive.When i try to delete them ,my window explorer stopped working and hence i can’t delete those folders. please help,how can i delete them??? :-\

did you run aswclear from safe mode…and reboot ?.. as instructed on the website

Yes, I ran aswclear in the safe mode,and also rebooted ,but these two folders still exist and can’t get delete…

Maybe the old and good Unlocker could do the job. Maybe you should disable avast self defense module.

What error message are you getting ???

Disable avast self defense module in the Troubleshooting tab of settings.
Boot in Safe Mode, delete the folder there.
If you’re using the sandbox of avast!, the folder will be recreated.
