Downloaded YAC to delete cin-plus 2.4.
Now I want to delete YAC because YAC slows everything. When im trying to delete it, wrotes: you need to be an administrator, but im a administrator but still cant delete it. Tried ADWcleaner but It didn’t help. Is it virus or not and how to delete it.

I also have a problem with this program called YAC, i’ve deleted it twice and it keeps on installing by itself, it’s a real threat and Avast doesn’t even detect it, it’s a really bad spyware which takes on you computer and doesn’t let you move the arrow of the mouse, you can delete it from the control panel/programs and characteristics (panel de control/programas y caracteristicas) you search at the end of the list ans it says YAC, then push delete program, but it installs by itself over and over and over again.
