Can't Download "Avast Cleanup" in my PC

I can’t Download " Avast Cleanup " in my PC

give me error message :

The stub cannot run installer/updater executable
’ C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Temp_av_iup.tm~a05088\instup.exe’
(code 0x1f)

same issue also i can’t download " Avast Uninstall Utility "

Check with you ISP. Not an Avast or program problem. I just downloaded avastclear.exe from the link I provided.

Personally I wouldn’t recommend using the stub installer as it has to download individual components from the internet.

Try downloading the full off-line setup file.
