Every time I visit a search engine and do a search avast gives me a warning that Malware has been blocked. I’ve run avast!, MalwareBytes, and a couple of other malware scanners and none of them can find the infection.
The 2 logs from OTL are attached.
hey please attach the malwarebytes scan to and aswMBR scan.

be patient…as all the removal experts are in bed now
OBS…your malwarebytes was not updated when you did the scan …always hit the update button before you scan ?
no need to post a new log if it is clean
Once this has run could you let me know if the alerts cease

[*]When finished, it shall produce a log for you.
[*]Please include the C:\ComboFix.txt in your next reply.
Notes:
Do not mouse-click Combofix’s window while it is running. That may cause it to stall.
Do not “re-run” Combofix. If you have a problem, reply back for further instructions.
If after the reboot you get errors about programmes being marked for deletion then reboot, that will cure it.
Please make sure you include the combo fix log in your next reply as well as describe how your computer is running now
