Can't find my activation code

Hi there, i am just wondering if anyone can help me please. I bought Avast internet security on the 17th of November and i have recently did a full format to my computer but unfortunately i can’t find the activation code that i was given. They didn’t sent any email to me with my activation code in either which is a bit lame i think. Any idea from any geek in here what i can do to get my activation code back please? I am trying to contact them but no one got back to me!!! Not cool really.

You can download it through your avast account > https://my.avast.com
or you ask it to be send to you again > https://www.avast.com/resend-license-paid.php

Hi Eddy, thanks for getting back to me mate. I tried re sending my license but it keep on having this reply

'Dear customer,

we are sorry, but our records show no valid purchases with the e-mail address you specified.

Please make sure the information you supplied is correct, and the original purchase was carried out using this email address.

If you purchased your license from an Avast reseller please contact the reseller directly (http://www.avast.com/locate-dealer).

And i did purchased it. The money has been deducted from my account on the 17th of November to CBA*AVAST SOFTWARE

As it sure doesn’t seem one from avast, as they are in the 600.000 range at the moment.

I cannot find any license registered under your email address, and as Eddy pointed out that number you posted is not an valid Avast support ticket number.

Please open a ticket at https://support.avast.com/support/tickets/new indicating the email address you registered your purchase under, and/or the order number.
