I have been using AVAST for about a year and got a message that I needed to reregister. I have been having no luck with getting a registration renewal key. I finally uninstalled the whole program and reinstalled it. Now I am getting the same message that my trial period is ended and I need to register. I again registered and have received nothing. I checked my spam box, I white-listed the AVAST email address provided. I don’t know what else to do. Any help would be appreciated. I have made around 6 attempts to register over different periods of time, so I am sure it does not have to do with any electrical outages. Thanks.
Aren’t the emails being blocked by your antispam? Can you use another email account to register?
Go to the SSL page version and register from there: https://secure.avast.com/scripts/register.php?lang=ENG. The Registration key is valid for 14 months.
