Can't get into email anymore?

Hi all,

I have just downloaded Avast 4 Professional Edition. Now, I am unable to see any emails in 2 different accounts (when opened, a blank email appears as if the senders clicked “send” without typing anything). Also, I am not able to delete them, spam them, or to check the little check-all box.

Can anyone please help me? I don’t have any computer knowledge whatsoever. Also, I wish I could find a phone number to call for technical help.

(most probably, you’d use the “32-bit version”)

Yes, double click the file and ‘add’ that info to windows registry.

I don’t know if you have downloaded the file yet, so I will assume not.

If you right click on the correct ‘For 32-bit Windows version:’ link, select Save As or Save File As, select where to save the file and this should download the file to that location.

Now you right click on that file (where you saved it) and select Merge, this will update your registry incorporating the fix, job done.
