I got avast today, i pasted the registration key. But the round “a” icon have a red circle, the program wont start, i tried to download it a second time but the same problem. Also tried to reboot the pc. Can anyone help!! please…

What vps version?
What OS?
What exactly is the error message? (If you are getting one.)
The path and filename is of great help.
etc. etc.
Are you using or where you using another AV program before you installed avast!
If so, was it completely un-installed? What firewall program if any are you using?
The more info you supply, the easier it is for us to solve your problem.
