I had a problem with Avast Internet Security.
After using for sometime I started having this “Avast Behavior Shield” taking up large consumption of memory, like more than 80% up to whole, and it freezes my PC.
I went online looking for solutions, which one of them suggested to download the “avast cleaner” and run it after I have manually removed the software, then reinstall again.
I did fist check my account, sees that everything is synchronized, showing that I still have like 8 months and days left.
Then, I ran the process.
The problem is, after I have signed in my account with newly installed Avast, it shows that it’s a free trial version.
I tried logging into my account on a browser, I then see I have 2 devices, one with a paid version and showing disconnected, the other one is connected but with a trial version.
I removed the device with trial one, but still it does no help at all.
So is there a solution for me??

- Remove both devices
- Download the license file through your account
- Use the license file to activate the current installation
Note :
It can take several hours before the data in your account will be updated.

Thanks a lot for such a prompt replay.
The problem is I could not find any links in my account interface (using a browser) that I can download any license file.
Another thing is, if I recalled correctly, I downloaded this internet security through a link provided from an email sent by the official with a special deal.
I can hardly recall if I got an license code for it.
Is that the possible reason I don’t see any license code shown in my account?

Thanks, I managed to get the license file, it’s solved, thanks.
Unfortunately, after the re-installation the problem still pops out every now and then.
Seems I have to find other solutions, then.
Cheers
