Can't get my license key resent

When I go to this page: http://www.avast.com/eng/home-registration.v2.php?lang=ENGUS&utm_source=program&utm_medium=nag&utm_campaign=Register

And then click I am a registered user and lost my key, and then enter my info on the next screen I get this error:

Sorry, due to an error, you request was not completed. The problem is on ALWIL Software servers. Please try again later.

The only problem is that I have been trying since last week to get this done and keep getting the same error message…

Please advise and I could use a key that works.

Which then leads to the error message.

Well it doesn’t take me there so I don’t know what it is that you are doing, that is a secure page signified by the https.

If you mean that actions you chose on that page take you back, that is different. If you chose the option you first said then it would have to go back to be able to search for your old email address as there would be no reference on that page.

So choose third option, “I’m a registered user and my registration key has expired, I need a new one.” That should keep you on the https page and hopefully complete with success.

I was choosing the 2nd option which lead back to the error message.
