I had to uninstall avast premium for some reasons. I just reinstalled it and I can’t activate my license again.
How can you “unlicensed” the old one to transfer it to the new one ?
PS : I already tried deleting the old computer from my account but it didn’t work
Are you using a activation code or the license file ?
Did you use avastclear when uninstalling ?
Did you uninstall Avast Premium from machine #1?
You must uninstall Premium on machine #1 before inserting license on machine #2.
If you don’t you will not be able to transfer your license. Deleting it from your avast
account won’t get it done. As long as avast pings one computer with Premium installed
you will not be able to transfer the license. By “ping” that is how avast updates vps definitions
and program updates.
