Cant get rid of arabyonline?

Hi

I’m hoping someone can help me get rid of arabyonline.com from one of our networked computers.

I have tried all the solutions I could find online but no joy so far.

Both Chrome and IE are infected.

I have tried running malware bytes, rst.exe, spybot, I have McAfee on the machine but nothing will pick it up or rid it from the system so Im hoping you can help. It would be greatly appreciated.

I hope I have attached all the logs you need.

I also installed Adwcleaner. Log attached.

Thanks

First a question … Did you set this proxy on the system :

ProxyServer: [S-1-5-21-4145280203-2505765041-2347934092-28880] => proxy1.emirates.net.ae:8080

CAUTION : This fix is only valid for this specific machine, using it on another may break your computer

Open notepad and copy/paste the text in the quotebox below into it:

CreateRestorePoint: GroupPolicy: Group Policy on Chrome detected <======= ATTENTION CHR HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Google: Policy restriction <======= ATTENTION HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer: Policy restriction <======= ATTENTION C:\Users\binual\AppData\Roaming\VolIE\FoxPro_64.dll EmptyTemp: CMD: bitsadmin /reset /allusers

Save this as fixlist.txt, in the same location as FRST.exe

Run FRST and press Fix
On completion a log will be generated please post that

Many thanks for the reply.

No we didn’t set the proxy.

I have copied the text into notepad, saved as fixlist.txt and saved in same location as FRST64. I have clicked fix and it is scanning. It has been scanning for over 30mins now, is that correct???

I have ran this in safemode with networking I may add.
