Help! I’ve tried Ad Aware, Spybot, and Xoftspy. Spybot identifies malware as “unknown Trojan” located at c:\windows\system32\njede.exe but can’t remove it. It keeps telling me that the file is in use and will be removed w/ restart but it still can’t be removed then. Help!?!?
Are you using Windows XP?
Can you schedule a boot-time scanning?
Start avast! > Right click the skin > Schedule a boot-time scanning
Select for scanning archives.
Boot.
Access denied means, generally, that the file is in use by another process (program) and cannot be repaired/cleaned/moved/handled by avast!
Oops, can you resize your picture according to the forum policy? Thanks and welcome to avast.
