Can't install Avast Passwords chrome extension

I accidentally deleted the Avast Passwords extension from my browser and I want to reinstall it. However, I can’t seem to do it. In Avast (Free version), I went to settings, the Passwords tab, and I clicked the link to the Chrome extension, and I try to download it, but my Chrome browser keeps saying “download failed - no file”.

Have you rebooted your system since you accidently removed the Password Manager ???
Try that first. If after rebooting you still can’t install it, try the following:

Repair Avast:
Control Panel> Program and Features (Add/remove program)>Select Avast> Select Repair. Reboot when completed

I didn’t delete the password manager itself. I accidentally deleted the Chrome extension.
