Okay so basically, I need an antivirus on my PC and I downloaded avast from the official site, everything is fine and when I click on the installer that window pops up written ‘‘Avast Free Antivirus’’ with an orange line loading something but it loads forever and I can’t install it… I don’t know how to fix this… 
( I’m using Windows 10 64 Bits )

Make sure all traces of any (pre)installed av are gone before trying to install avast.

Well… I’m trying to open the uninstall utilility but it has the same problem… loads forever and nothing shows up… :l
If you are talking about aswclear, run it in safemode.
I did and still the same problem… this is driving me crazy -_-’
Get and run Farbar and attach the two log files to your next post. (Addition.txt and FRST.txt)
