Cant install Avast

Hello, everytime i try install avast on my windows 7 64 bit i have bsod, please help me.

I check ram by memtest and do the chksd scan, everythings is seems allright.

I will add that after every blue screen the bios forgets its settings

When I try Instal Avast in Safe Mode The installation was complete without problems, but when i start computer in normal mode the bsod was returned

You use the Avast uninstall utility in Safe Mode ( https://www.avast.com/uninstall-utility )
You install Avast in regular mode.
