Cant log in, yes I have tried changing my password

Why cant I log in? Have tried changing password already

I just want to activate my subscirption.

To activate a avast application, you don’t have to login anywhere.

On my free avast, I did a scan, and then it gave me an option to upgrade. So i did.

I was then given an activation code.

When I go back to the app, it is still showing the free avast options, and asking if I want to upgrade. There is an option to sign in, so I tried that, but it does not recognise my log in details.

What next?

What is it exactly you want to activate ?

app is for Android and there is no paid version (no activation needed).

Starting with Windows 8, there are now also Apps in Windows. :slight_smile:

What avast product are you talking about ?

To use a paid version, all you have to do is use the activation code/license file that was send to you by email.
