Can't log into my.avast.com

I can successfully ping it, but I can not log into my.avast.com from any of my computers or devices. Help??

And oddly enough, why is my traffic going through wash DC? I’d attach an “Lol”, but it’s really not that funny

I’d like to help but I need more info. What’s the username you are trying to use to sign in to my.avast.com? And what exactly do you eman by “traffic hoing through wash DC”?
