I’m not sure where I’m supposed to open this topic so I opened it here. So, my problem is that I can’t login to my account after I updated the software. It’s giving me this massage : " We are sorry, but we could not connect your device to your account." Have any of you expirienced this error ? If yes, how did you fix it ?

actually did, well most of it. The problem is now gone. Um, fixed itself.

Most of the time such problems are caused by something else blocking the login to your account.
The link Asyn provided, explains what for example could cause it.
