Can't make head nor tail of Easy Pass

My little brain just cannot work out how Easy Pass works :-, I have read and re-read the manual, tried to log into a website as instructed and keep getting an error message along the lines of ‘We can’t find the page you requested’ PLEASE can anyone explain EasyPass to me so that I don’t tear anymore hair out? Many thanks :slight_smile:
