can't move to chest Win32:Spyware-gen [Spy]

Hello!
Please help! During my boot time scan, avast detected C:$Recycle.Bin.…|>Icon.Acad162_icon.exe infected with Win32:Spyware.gen.
I tried to move it to chest, but I receive “Error: The operation is not supported for this type of archve. (4211)”

What should I do? Please help. :frowning:

Thanks!

try to empty your recycle bin the normal way?

did that fix it?

Same problem here, just in another location (bootscan):

C:\Windows\Installer\11906eb.msi 1 > Icon.Acad162_icon.exe infected by win32:Spyware-gen

Neither can I repair, delete, nor move to chest…

Any idea?

You can manually delete that file, however the programme that it relates to may not uninstall properly

Good night.

Turn to you for help because Avast has detected the following virus Icon.Acad162_icon.exe infected with Win32: Spyware.gen. For now, the team has not said anything strange, but to re-analyze it for 5 days have begun to appear new viruses other than the one I was before.
The problem from the beginning was that detected a virus but it was only visible in the analysis from the start, and as it was marked the option to “Prompt”, when detected and I was 1 - Repair, 2 - Move the trunk, and 3 - Remove “the operation is not allowed for this type of file” could not do anything and pressed Esc to start the computer. For that reason did not appear in analysis reports.
In the last analysis from the start I’ve done, I gave the order to eliminate if it found a virus, and has been from there when they have begun to appear in the virus analysis reports. I think that’s the reason I did not appear before.

Although so far it seems it has not affected the team, I do need to avoid it becoming a problem. I saw in forum http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=110074.msg867420 # msg867420 that says this same problem, but I see it has been solved.
One of the infected files I removed, but the rest have not been able to Find them, because Windows Explorer hangs and I the option to show hidden folders or folders system malfunctions, always hidden by more than the actives, but I know that’s my problem.

I have consulted other forums and seen that the infected file is related to the Autocad program, and is solved by deleting the file. In one case I read that the program began to falter, and emitting Fatal Errors, although I must say that this problem and did not have viruses, and other not think of anything to the program if the infected file borrabas.
My problem is I can not find those infected files and delete them myself. It is a problem with the team, despite selecting “Show hidden files and folders” and check to see if there are any conflicting order, deseccionando “Hide file extensions for known file types” and "Hide protected operating system files ". Neither permits, to reopen it still marked as before.
Another option from another forum was to include the program in the list of excluded items to discuss, but do not know if it is recommended.
In another forum, this time the same program Autocad, Icon.Acad162_icon.exe says that the file is a false positive, however, this conversation is for 5 years, and when he initially had a virus now I have 5 files infected. The link is as follows, if it helps. http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/AutoCAD-2007/Virus-scan-tags-acad162-icon-exe-as-infected/td-p/1973583/highlight/true/page/2

If so, I do not understand is how it is played, how he appeared first to a partition and then two.

Can you give me some solution? Because from the other day, on November 29, more viruses have appeared, with the same name but in different folders and partitions. I care because I can remove the program to reinstall it or install another. What I do not understand is why if that program is now and I deleted those files that I have them, not for months but for years.

Thank you very much for your attention.

Greetings
