I have a problem with opening the message in Facebook. When you attempt to open messages Avast reported infection JS: Agent-BWQ [Trj] referring to the URL https://www.facebook.com/messages/?ajaxpipe. Chat in the open window normally.

Hi it appears that many users have this problem since 12:00 GMT +1. I have this problem too when opening my messages. I think it is caused by a Database update of the Avast virus database. I’m not sure about this but i think since so many people appear to have this issue at the same time it can only be that, or some nasty virus just tried to spread all over facebook…

I received same message and when I googled it, found others with same problem this morning. Hope they fix it soon, I use it for work quite a bit. Hopefully, people will report it so they can see…seems when more reports are made, they will see it as a high proirity.
yeah im having the same problems , cant get into my fb messages, even updated java etc…
me too…same problem and have wasted the last couple hours trying :-\to figure out how to fix. Deleted cookies, changed password. nothing helped. I’m beyond frustrated right now.

I would just like to say I have the same problem, cannot get to my Facebook messages. I googled ‘Agent-BWQ’ that is how I found this posting. I have a Windows 7 Machine, I do not use Chrome I use Firefox, everything is up to date, any more information I can provide to get this fixed please let me know.

What VPS version do you have? Latest is 130605-1.

Version 130605-1 works fine and facebook messages are now accessible.
The latest update has worked and I can now access my Facebook messages again. Thanks everybody!
I believe that by the end of the day should be released one more update
because there are still some users has no effect 130605-1.
If there are such users so it’s not related to JS:Agent-BWQ [Trj].
