I have to agree with you that certain ppl here are snide and that it was not easy to determine where to address my own license issue (Create Ticket–tech support as it turned out), but Avast is a great program which I have been using for several years–it has been very trouble free… I first got it when a tech person upgraded my computer and told me that it used less resources than Norton which was the previous product I used. Aso used macafee in the past.
