Trying to get help on 9 year old grandson’s laptop while I am visiting here. Tried (twice) to post a topic along with the requested log files. When I type in the verification letters, I get a message saying I mistyped. So I click Back under that message (see picture).
When I get back, I find that it has forgotten three of the four log files, so I reselect them. Then I refresh the verification info and type it in again. This time I get a message saying I have already submitted the message.
What am I doing wrong?
