He ping'ed and rummaged around and opened a file that he said showed that a Trojan was on my machine and he said I needed to go to Microsoft store and order support for one year at 199.00 a year or 599 for all time and then for another 50 bucks he would install it and remove the virus.
Which part of that does not scream scam ?
Run FRST and I will have a look, also I will need to know what your problem is
