Can't register AVAST 4 Home product

I have used AVAST for the past year. I had a notice on my computer screen that said it was time to re-register, I went to the AVAST web site and filled out the forms. A few minutes later I received my new registration number. I followed the instructions included in the e-mail but for some reason I couldn’t fill in the whole number. It was as if certain letters wouldn’t show up. Any one else have this problem? If so what did you do about it? Do I try to re-register again? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

first if you have problems with avast home edition you should post in avast home/pro
board .this board is for avast PDA. as far as this not a problem since it is normal that
certain part of the registration number is not shown especially the last four or five letter or numbers is not shown. this is absolutely normal no need to re-register
