Cant register new installs "Service Temporary Unavailable"

I cannot register new installs of Avast AV Free “Service Temporary Unavailable”.
I am clicking “Login to Avast Account” and entering my email and password. then I get the error message every time. I have been trying for over 1 hour.
Win7 64bit on 2 brand new laptops. Yes I rebooted and tried again.

Yeah, you are not alone, apparently the site is having trouble again. PITA, I would imagine, for someone who is installing/registering Avast! for people other than themselves like you are.

3 hours later it started working again.

This is embarrassing right in front of my customers. way to go
