First, I’m an Avast user and not an Avast Team member.
You don’t say what password this is, [Luukjr] has given you one.
Another is if you set a password to access your Avast User Interface settings ?
That would require a clean reinstall using the Avast Uninstall utility.
Clean Reinstall -

- Download the latest Avast off-line installation file for your Avast Program https://files.avast.com/iavs9x/avast_free_antivirus_setup_offline.exe and save to your HDD.
