Can't remote desktop Inbound

I can remote desktop from Internet to my laptop when I disable Avast Firewall.
But when I enable Avast Firewall, I can’t remote desktop inbound, even I have allow RDP in system rule and application rule.
Please tell me how to configure firewall to allow RDP exactly.

Use the firewall log to see what exactly of the RDP is blocked and set a rule for it.

I see the port 3389 is blocked, and has set rule allow RDP in system rule and packet rule. But it is still blocked, I don’t know why?
Please show me exactly configuration for that.
