Hi, we have made a lot of changes, basically rebuilt the app from the ground up, but the protection and efficiency of the app is still the same as in the previous version.

However, if you want to roll back to the previous version, you can download it directly from here: http://apk.ff.avast.com/Avast/AvastMobileSecurity_4.0.8139.apk
Just don’t forget to to disable automatic updates for Avast Mobile Security, so that you don’t get the update again.

No need, using Avira now. Doesn’t bother me at all.

Hi,

My “problem” with this notification is of ofher nature. Consider it a feedback.

Actually it should say: Your device is safe
How does Avast know that I, as person, am safe? Was I in danger that I didnt know about? When was it, in what form… ?

I pay Avast to protect my device, my expectations end there.
The notification itself doesnt bother me.
