after using my flash drive on a computer at university i got the virus and then my computer, then my mp3 player. i removed the virus from the computer and the flash drive but i cant remove it from the mp3 player. the anti-virus program protects me everytime.
I tried removing it with anti-virus, .batch and .bat files and other programs, tried formating from the computer and even formating from the software of the mp3 player but the virus remains.
are there any other tricks to try?
Ask the manufacturer of the mp3 player how to reset it.
I just tried it.Hard reset did not help.
Also tried trough the disc manager.
this is what it shows on the avast everytime i plug the mp3:
disorderstatus.ru/order.php
msiexec.exe
You will find many other instances of malware connections to that domain name and by msiexe.exe and other files.

after installing and scanning with Malwarebytes i removed all found problems and after that did a hard reset on the mp3 player while it was still plugged to the PC. It worked. im virus free. thank you guys.
I suggest you still provide the log files and let someone look at them.

as said above attach the requested logs as there is probably leftover files that need to be removed
This is the Malwarebytes scan. After the scan and the hard reset i did of the mp3 player there were no problems all day. I have been pluggin and unplugging it all day.
Although MBam has found and removed some things, it still doesn’t mean everything is gone.
We are asking for several logs files for a good reason.
