Can't remove trojans?

Okay I ran a full system scan and it found 5 infected things and i try to delete them but it says some of them are read only so i cant delete them?

That is a Sirfef infection … After the OTL scan then run RogueKiller

[*] Download RogueKiller and save it on your desktop.

NOTE: If using IE8 or better Smartscreen Filter will need to be disabled

[*]Quit all programs
[*] Start RogueKiller.exe.
[*] Wait until Prescan has finished …
[*] Click on Scan
