can't remove virus

have tried several times to remove virus FROM MBR:\.\PHYSICALDRIVE0…can’t delete or move to chest…any ideas

Have you tried to make a boot-scan?
If not go to SCAN COMPUTER->BOOT-TIME SCAN->SCHEDULE NOW :wink:

I don’t know if you are actually using the avast! Business Protection version or not, but even so this really would be better in the viruses and worms forum http://forum.avast.com/index.php?board=4.0 and we will try to help.
